- Receipt images are stored in secure, access-controlled cloud storage

- Your data may be processed by Anthropic's Claude AI API
- Receipt images are temporarily processed to extract expense information
- Financial context is used to generate personalized insights
- We do not use your financial data to train AI models
AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial or tax advice.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access — view all data we hold about you via the app
- Export — download your invoices and expenses as CSV files from Settings → Export Data
- Correction — update your account information at any time in Settings
- Deletion — permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Delete Account
- Portability — export your data in a machine-readable format

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account:

Freelance Finance is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
